Record SPS Results
To gain a better understanding of task flows within processing, see SRB, SSD, and SPS Overview. Prior to reading this content, the user should also become familiar with all topics in the Introduction book.
To record the SPS meeting results within SPS review processing, the SPS Secretary will locate an SPS Review: Record SPS Results task within their My Tasks table:
1. Click on a SPS Review: Record SPS Results task to open the task form:
2. The SPS Secretary has 5 next step options as identified in the image above. The task form provides guidance that explains what happens when specific step options are selected.
3. Enter a comment into the Internal Discussion section, and then click Complete to conclude the task.
